When should I seek urgent hospital care during pregnancy?
Heavy bleeding, a gush of fluid, severe pain, reduced fetal movement, breathing difficulty, chest pain, severe headache with vision changes, or a high fever need urgent assessment. Please go directly to the nearest emergency department; do not wait for an online reply.
